As a surf instructor hailing from the gastronomic paradise of Milan, I was eager to sample their local hams and the catch of the day. The standout dish was their beet and lime risotto, a surprising yet delightful combination that perfectly complemented the fresh seafood.Our dining experience was impeccable, with attentive service and a serene ambiance. The restaurant's decor exuded sophistication, enhancing the overall dining experience. The menu offerings ranged from innovative culinary creations to comforting classics, appealing to a variety of palates. Each meal was a culinary journey, showcasing the chef's skill and dedication to showcasing the best of local flavors.During breakfast, I appreciated the hotel's commitment to providing a diverse selection, moving beyond the ordinary breakfast buffet.
